[Bug 481530] [NEW] internal system error

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

Error appears when using russian words (cyrilic keyboard layout) in search field and hitting enter button. There is no such problem in Synoptic. 
1) I am using Kubuntu 9.10 russian localisation, with all current bugfixes availble trough Kpackagekit program updates.
2)inastalled: 0.4.2-0ubuntu3
  candidate : 0.4.2-0ubuntu3
  table of versions:
 *** 0.4.2-0ubuntu3 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com karmic/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
3)i wanted to get search results
4) i got error details are below
