[Bug 481488] [NEW] Printing multiple copies from Okular results in only one printed.

Binary package hint: kdegraphics

This bug has been reported in 286014, but since that report has been for
multiple issues since Ubuntu 8.10, I am starting a new bug report.

The issue is the Okular only prints the first copy, no matter how many
are asked for.

As a work around Evince and Acrobat both work.
