Hi,

I can confirm it's still ocurring in Kubuntu 9.10. I have a Acer
notebook with a Intel GM965 Integrated Graphics Controller and, while I
can set a dual-monitor configuration with "xrandr" tool, I can't do this
with KRandR: it just doesn't show the controls to set the secondary
screen in left/right/top/botton of the primary screen, I can just clone
the screen.
