[Bug 415023] Re: brightness is broken on MSI WIND U100

Blacklisting uvcvideo alone fixed all of my problem except for a few-
second coming on and flickering of the brightness adjustment.  USB
drives could be seen after this.  I was using bios version 1.09 on my
U-100, and I upgraded to version 1.0E last night, but this didn't change
anything.
