[Bug 477650] [NEW] Okular: please add chm support

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdegraphics

chm support was present in okular but was removed in order to not depend
on a universe package that libchm-dev is. Please include the chm libs in
the main repository so that okular can be build with chm support. The
situation was exactly the same for epub support which was addressed via
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ebook-tools/+bug/345672. The
steps required to add chm support should be the same as in the
referenced bug.

Running karmic, this is a request for lucid.
