[Bug 473613] Re: konsole locks up, Ctrl-Alt-F1 fails, apps will not launch

The following is in ~/.xsession-errors and records the attempts to run
konsole when the window manager is blocking Ctrl-Alt-F1 etc. If I SSH in
to the machine I still cannot type at the command prompt. However SCP
worked:
