[Bug 425466] Re: [karmic] vpnc connections not connecting

I'm running a fresh Kubuntu 9.10 64 bit install.  I can also confirm
this bug.  The installed version I have is .9~svn1029786.  Same as
others, I can config a VPNC connection, the option shows up, but I
cannot enable it.  I tried installing the VPNC package as it isn't
included by default, rebooted, and still no luck.
