Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Whenever i use wine and plasma crashes or goes nuts for some reason,
it's possbile to kill and restart it and if I do all the applications in
the task bar, systray icons etc. return to their correct place except
for wine. Suddenly they're now applications with their own little
"window" in the application area containing the icon.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run application in wine (any) and minimize to taskbar
2. Kill plasma
3. Restart plasma

Expected: Tray icon is still in tray
Actual: A "Wine" application in taskbar and window with icon
