[Bug 379150] [NEW] gdebi-kde must to have more priority for .deb files than kpackagekit.

Kubuntu 9.04.
Now .deb packages are opened with kpackagekit by default. They should be opened by gdebi-kde which is better and gives the user more feedback about possible errors.
