[Bug 377345] [NEW] multiple kio_http instances

Guys,

If i start any KDE internet application, like Konqueror, Twitter plasma
app or Akregator, it starts about 12+ kio_http processes at once. Even
after a "killall kio_http", once they try to access the internet, all
the instances are created again.

Since each of them consumes about 4mb, its 40mb wasted from my machine.
After a while navigating, the whole computer start to get really slow.
