[Bug 377111] [NEW] Kdevelop does not run properly

Binary package hint: kdevelop

I am unable  to debug a program.

When I debug a program  with Kdevelop: 
(The errors appear in the Application tab)

<unknown program name>(12788)/: KUniqueApplication: Cannot find the D-Bus session server 
<unknown program name>(12787)/: KUniqueApplication: Pipe closed unexpectedly. 

and does not start the debug session.

How to fix this error:
