[Bug 376587] [NEW] reproducable Kile crash when pressing ' " ' on specific document

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kile

Kile crashes on a specific document (see attachment).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE CRASH:
  1. enable the  " --> ``...'' expansion
  2. Enter the ' " ' key somewhere inside the "letter" environment

Admittedly, the document is not very nice. I'm not even sure that it is
valid LaTeX. Anyway, it shouldn't make Kile crash.

The problematic part is this:

\begin{letter}{
	Firstname Lastname\\
	Street\\[1ex]
	ZIP City}

If the "[1ex]" is removed, the crash doesn't occur. Obviously, Kile
doesn't expect [] to occur inside {}.
