[Bug 376062] [NEW] KWin reports wrong version number

Public bug reported:

APT says I have KWin 4.2.3 installed
$ apt-cache policy kwin
kwin:
  Installed: 4:4.2.3-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa1
  Candidate: 4:4.2.3-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa1
  Version table:

However KWin claims 4.2.2
$ kwin --version
Qt: 4.5.1
KDE: 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3)
KWin: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2)

It's a minor issue, but I'm not sure which version do I really have (is
it kwin team mistake or ubuntu packagers' mistake?) and against which
version should I report other bugs.
