[Bug 376019] [NEW] Double entries in shortcut editor

Public bug reported:

When editing shortcuts in kile 2.1 (ubuntu 9.04), I often find duoble
entries for the same command. For example there are two entries for
"QuickBuild" or "ViewBib", but only one entry for "Selection" (of
QuickBuild Selection). Only modifying one of them makes the shortcut
appear in the program menu; however, the shortcut will work if any of
the two entries is assigned.

Suspecting that I was having some problem with old Kile 2.0
configuration, I also deleted all kile related data under the ~/.kde
directory, but this didn't help.
