[Bug 375793] [NEW] [armel] Workaround for GCC libstdc++4 to fix Qt FTBFS

Public bug reported:

g++ 4.4 currently has a bug on armel that requires -lgcc and -lgcc_s to
be necessary specified on the linker command line. This patch adds the
necessary linker flags as a workaround until GCC 4.4 is properly fixed.
