[Bug 375397] [NEW] After wake up from standby the widget can not connect to wifi sometimes

Binary package hint: plasma-widget-network-manager

Sometimes after standby the widget doesn't find the wifinetwork it was
connected to before. The network won't appear in the list for a quite
long time. I'm using a WPA2 network. Perhaps other Wifis are affected.
Most of the time it helps to wait for at least 5 minutes or to reset the
plasma environment(restarting X, logging out, etc)

System: Kubuntu Jaunty x64, Dell m1330 Laptop (iwl4965 intel wifi card)
