It says this, among other things (I removed what looked like secrets):

I'm not sure the ConnectionRefusedError is connected to the last.fm
functionality, because if I paste the URL into firefox it returns a XML
with no errors in it, and this error message is printed a few times
before I press "test" in the preferences panel. The button just says
"Testing..." and is greyed out, as before. And no songs are scrobbled.
