[Bug 373173] [NEW] Hibernation disables compositing because it is "too slow"

Public bug reported:

Environment: Kubuntu 9.04 installation (i386)
Package version: kdebase-workspace 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu2

This doesn't happen all the time.  I think it's dependent on what
windows you have open, possibly including on other desktops.

This time, it happenned when I had Thunderbird+Konqueror open on one desktop, and Konsole on another.
In the third desktop, which was the active one, I had Konsole and Ksnapshot open.
