[Bug 372302] [NEW] duplicate kdeglobals configuration file

Public bug reported:

There are two copies of kdeglobals config file in kubuntu-default-settings, with the same contents:
/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde4-profile/default/share/config/kdeglobals
/etc/kde4/kdeglobals

The latter should probably be removed.
The bug is present in the latest package (1:9.04.26) of both Jaunty and Karmic.
