[Bug 370152] [NEW] collection needs to be rescanned if music is on a different hd partion

Public bug reported:

(I am using Kubuntu 9.04  KDE 4.2.2  Amarok 2.0.2)

My music collection is on a different partition to my operating system.
I have to go into dolphin, select the volume and enter my password to
get access to the partition.

If Amarok is started before I get access to this partition, or more
usually started on login, then my music collection in amarok disappears,
and I have to re-scan my collection in amarok to get my collection back.
This can take upto 10 mins to do and I cannot search my collection

I would like amarok to automatically repopulate my collection when my
partition is re-mounted.
