After hours of frustration and trying out SVN on a daily basis I
installed this Bogdanb's perfect PPA of 1.4 for Jaunty.

I would strongly recommend including this in Jaunty as 2.X is very far
from being ready.

One bug I am watching upstream that is still active is the import collection bug:
