[Bug 351996] [NEW] X.org takes all CPU on password dialog

Public bug reported:

When a KDialog password-dialog asks for a password, X.org consumes the
whole CPU. Thus, the key strokes are taken very slowly, it also can
happen that same strokes are dropped. Eventually, you have to type it in
key by key to be sure to type it right.

I get this bug on Kubuntu Jaunty with kdelibs5. To reproduce, do
something that requires a password ;) or run "kdialog --password foo".
