[Bug 350887] [NEW] Notifications missing in network-manager widget

Public bug reported:

The new network-manager plasma widget from KDE 4.2 is missing the configurable notifications known from KDE 3.x. Especially it is not possible to configure advanced settings like executing a script for specific events.
That's a major drawback.
