[Bug 346843] [NEW] gtk2-engines-qtcurve isn't a dependency although needed

Public bug reported:

gtk2-engine-qtcurve isn't a dependency of kubuntu-desktop (or kde-base
or something similar) although it's needed by gtk applications as
Firefox.

As there's no way (bug #281016) to change to another gtk theme gtk apps
look a bit ugly...
