On my Kubuntu Jaunty 64 laptop, when I use the "copy" function on
certain entities, Plasma locks up for a about 7 seconds, preventing me
from switching windows or using the K menu or anything like that.  It
seems to happen most when I copy an image from Firefox, but it has also
happened when copying text from other applications.  No relevant output
is produced in any of the system logs.
