[Bug 345492] [NEW] KDE 4.2 PowerDevil daemon doesn't work after suspend/resume

Noticed on Kubuntu Intrepid with PPA KDE 4.2 packages (System : Asus
EeePC 1002HA Netbook)

- KDE PowerDevil daemon doesn't work anymore (doesn't react and change
power profile nor display any info popup on AC adapter
plugged/unplugged) after system has been suspended to RAM then resumed,
until next system reboot.

- This is consistent and reproductible.

- Older KDE and seemingly obsolete "Guidance-powermanager" system didn't
show this behaviour on same machine.
