[Bug 339957] [NEW] Audio IN does not work on Dell E6400

Sound input on a DELL Latitude E6400 does not work in Jaunty. I found
this when trying to use skype. No sound, even if I activate all the
sliders in Kmix and put the all to 100%.

Using Intrepid on the same machine, this is no problem. In Intrepid,
Kmix has an option "Digital Input Source", with the two options "Digital
Mic 1" and "Analog" (I am using the first one). In Jaunty, this option
is not there. Could this be the problem?

I am using Kubuntu-Jaunty-alpha5, latest updates/upgrades as of today, including KDE 4.2.1. 
Let me know if any other information is needed.
