[Bug 341408] [NEW] Klipper has problems with Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V

The problem is, that Klipper does not have a consistant clipboard.
If I want to copy something from one file to an other, it is possible, that I get a copy of something,  which I put three or four copies before this copy into the clipboard.
