[Bug 406542] [NEW] Karmic Alternate images fail to install; unmet dependencies: system-config-printer-udev

CD/DVD VARIANT:  32bit Ubuntu Alternate cd, 64bit Ubuntu Alternate cd, 32bit Xubuntu Alternate cd, 64bit Xubuntu Alternate cd
ISO BUILD:  20080728  and  20090729
SYMPTOMS:  Test installation of daily image of Karmic Alternate CD. Installation on both VirtualBox and Hardware install proceeds to "Select and Install Software". After about 12%, the installation fails. There are no errors in the daily log reports or the report.html. 

The pertinent error in the syslog appears to be:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
system-config-printer-udev: Conflicts: hal-cups-utils but 0.6.19+git20090217-0ubuntu7 is to be installed

Confirmed with davmor2 on freenode.net/#ubuntu-release and was able to
verify the error.
