[Bug 405276] [NEW] plasma widget browsing broken by config file

Binary package hint: plasma-widgets-workspace

I had this reported before but was asked to report again if I found more
info.

The plasma-desktop-appletsrc file can become corrupted through various
means and this breaks the ability for widgets to browse folders. This
include the QuickAccess plugin and even the ability to download and
manage new widgets from kde-look.org. The resolution is to delete the
file and reconfigure the desktop again.

I don't know the specific line(s) that causes this but if it happens
again, I'll post it.

This morning it happened again when I attached a monitor to the VGA out
on my laptop for the first time (clean install) and plasma readjusted
the display to handle the new screen. There are other ways this happens
though.
