[Bug 402953] [NEW] No warning when subscribing to duplicate feed

Public bug reported:

Unlike some RSS/Atom feed aggregators (such as Thunderbird), Akregator
does not issue a warning when the user tries to subscribe to a feed that
is already subscribed, thereby resulting in duplicate feeds.

I encountered this problem when using version 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu1 in Ubuntu
9.04.
