[Bug 383350] Re: [karmic] plasma takes almost one minut to start

After upgrading to kde 4.3 rc2 plasma takes much less time to start. It
is still not as fast as 4.2 but no longer a minute. Starting plasma from
a terminal now takes 9 seconds where it used to take 16 (see above).
