Judging by my backtrace, it looks like the problem is that in
AbstractGroupingStrategy::closeGroup(TaskGroup *group), it calls
d->groupManager->manualSortingRequest(item, index) when d->groupManager
is NULL.  However, this call is inside an if statement that should
protect against that.  So, I suspect that something occurs in the
foreach loop that makes d->groupManager NULL.
