[Bug 396309] [NEW] Use Rekonq in place of Arora as Kubuntu default web browser. [wishlist]

I suggest the use of Rekonq http://rekonq.sourceforge.net/ in place of
Arora as Kubuntu default web browser, because it is better integrated
with KDE and flash seems to work better with Rekonq.
