Well, I was wrong a little - switching users works on my EEE PC
The problem is only with logout.
** Summary changed:
- Can not change user with out rebooting
+ Logout does not work as expected
** Description changed:
Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
- I can not change user without rebooting.
- When I am perfoming "Logout" or "Switch user" I'm getting to terminal with "Checking battery state" and there is no promt shell.
+ Logout does not work as expected.

Though Ctrl+Alt+Del works and first thing it does - stopping kdm.
I have desktop with kubuntu 9.04 AMD64 and ATI graphics with opensource
driver and netbook Asus EEE PC 901 with kubuntu 9.04 i386 - same
situation.
