<aerztelogger> lex79: kdebase-runtime needs to depend on oxygen-icons
<aerztelogger> k3b depends on kdebase-runtime
<aerztelogger> so does any other KDE application I suppose
<aerztelogger> so instead of making each application depend on
oxygen-icons, we should make kdebase-runtime depend
