You cannot simply mix packages from different distributions and it
expect it to work.

There are no Digikam 0.10.0 packages for Hardy.

Intrepid users can use packages from digikam-experimental PPA (but only
in combination with KDE 4.2 from kubuntu-experimental).

Jaunty users should use packages from ubuntu archives (no PPA needed).
