Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

Problem occurred at approximately:
Sun Jan 25 08:15:20 PST 2009
Linux Jean 2.6.27-9-generic #1 SMP Thu Nov 20 21:57:00 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux
Ubuntu 8.10

There were 4 updates, which I do not recall all what they were.
I do recall one was an update to PDF rendering.
Update proceeded normally, but appeared to crash during cleanup
Re-running Adept produced a suggestion to run the command:

  {root at Jean:~#286}dpkg --configure -a
  Setting up libpoppler3 (0.8.7-1ubuntu0.1) ...

  Processing triggers for libc6 ...
ldconfig deferred processing now taking place
Re-running adept produced a suggestion to run:

KDE Crash handler output:
A Fatal Error Occured
The application Adept (adept) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV).
Please help us improve the software you use by filing a report at http://bugs.kde.org. Useful details include how to reproduce the error, documents that were loaded, etc.
