[Bug 318594] [NEW] kmail: changing identity does not alway change signature

Public bug reported:

I have several IMAP accounts set up in kmail, each account with its own
identity, each identity with its own signature. When I want to write a
new E-mail, for example via "kmailservice foo at bar.com", the default
identity (and signature) is preselected.

Unfortunately, changing the identity does not update the signature. So I
have to delete the "old" signature an insert the new manually. In KDE3 I
was able to change the identity multiple times with the signature also
being updated on every identity change.
