[Bug 318094] Re: after making panel height bigger desktop goes black

I press this yellow button to get panel properties. I position my mouse on Height property, press it and move it up to make it bigger.  Screen goes black like in sceenshot.
Yes I can always reproduce it.
I have Nvidia 7300Go.
Driver is 180.22-0ubuntu2
