Deleting ~/.kde/share/config/kwinrulesrc has no effect, the file is
recreated almost instantly.

I also deleted /usr/share/kubuntu-default-
settings/kde4-profile/default/share/config/kwinrulesrc

But the window sizes still don't get saved. Instead of the small windows
using kwinrulesrc the konqueror window now is whole screen wide and half
screen high. Kontact's window seems to be the right size (widht/height),
but the wrong place (x,y-coords).
