[Bug 118466] Re: kde programs should have the kdehelpcenter dependency

I am having the same problem. It affects some, but not all, KDE
programs. So far I have gotten the problem with KPar2 and Amarok, but
with Krusader the Help Center opens normally. Installing khelpcenter
(using Adept or the command line) does not fix it. Reinstalling the
application does not fix it. Reinstalling the Kubuntu desktop does not
fix it. I am running Kubuntu Intrepid, cleanly installed from a
donwloaded and verified CD. I have tested this on two such systems, and
get the same results on both, giving me reason to think that it may
possibly be something inherent in the Kubuntu install.
