[Bug 313266] [NEW] When started from other application, konqueror shows local file in /var/tmp/kde-cache* instead of url in location field

When a link is clicked in other applications, konqueror starts with the
local file from /var/tmp/kde-cache* in its URL field instead of the URL
in the link clicked.

This occurs in intrepid with KDE 4.1.3.
