[Bug 499572] [NEW] pkg-kde-tools clean up .desktop files and lintian complain

pkg-kde-tools clean up .desktop files (remove X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain lines).. Lintian dont like that:
   W: package source: patch-system-but-direct-changes-in-diff file.desktop and 3 more

I use quilt but patches doesn't change this files. If I comment this lines: 
# clean up edited .desktop etc files                                                                                         
#if [ -f /usr/lib/kubuntu-desktop-i18n/createdesktopcontext.pl ]; then \                                                      
#          sh /usr/lib/kubuntu-desktop-i18n/findfiles LIST; \

#             sed -i '/X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=/d' ${file}; \                                                                 
#          done; \                                                                                                            
#          rm -f LIST; \                                                                                                      
#        fi      

in /usr/lib/kubuntu-desktop-i18n/kubuntu.mk, .desktop files don't change
and lintian return no error.
