Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

When applying updates using kpackagekit, it will work in the foreground
if pressing "Apply" or in the background if pressing "OK" (with just the
taskbar icon showing work is in progress).

For updates displaying a "dependancies" window, this will get displayed
only when pressing "Apply" and the update is performed in the
foreground. On the contrary if pressing "OK" and there are some
dependancies, the window will close, no dependancies window will open,
and nothing will be done (updates won't be applied).
