[Bug 494068] [NEW] kde update manager crashes when using ok-button

Public bug reported:
when starting update manager in kde (kcmshell4 in process table) and
selecting packages for update, the manager shuts down when clicking
[OK]. I have to use [APPLY] to make it work.
