[Bug 492637] [NEW] ktouch: Color scheme editor is too tall for netbooks

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdeedu

KTouch's Color scheme editor is too tall for netbooks, which typically
have vertical resolutions of 576 or 600, to say nothing of the panel.
In version 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu1, the dialog is about 560x670.

To reproduce:
 1) Applications->Education->KTouch
 2) File->Edit Color Scheme...

I will attach a debdiff with a patch by Ying-Chun Liu to make the dialog
wider by using a 3-column layout rather than 2-column.  I will file a
bug upstream too, but bugs.kde.org is having technical difficulties
right now.
