Note: original bug found in Kubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala) Release
Candidate (RC), but also exists in final release (Kubuntu 9.10)

Firefox Startup Home Page (chrome://ubufox/content/startpage.html) Error:
File not found

Firefox can't find the file at /usr/share/ubuntu-
artwork/home/index.html.

/usr/share/ there still is no /ubuntu-artwork/ directory...
