me too, using kopete 4.3.2 on Kubuntu karmic - a number of contacts, unknown to me tried to add me to their contact list.  One was blocked today on the yahoo web site the rest blocked blocked in Kopete months ago.
As above, they stay gone until the  next time I start up kopete (or log out and back in again).
