Hello!

Unfortunately I have karmic koala 9.10 on amd64 up-to date and the
problem still exists on my PC:

karol at karol:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID:	Ubuntu

Codename:	karmic

and:

karol at karol:~$ dpkg -l kdebase

I manually removed ~/.kde/share/config/knotifyrc but doesn't help.
